Q: If I order an item that is on backorder, how long will it take to receive the order?
A: When you order an item that is on backorder we will notify right away with an update. If we don’t have apparel in-stock it will take anywhere between 5-10 business days from the date of order to the time of shipping. Our team will keep you updated.
Q: How much do you usually charge for a custom design?
A: Each custom design depends on the apparel chosen as well as the intricacy of the design. When you fill out the custom design form, our designer will contact you to discuss your order and you can then decide on how you would like to proceed.
Q: What if I’m not happy with my product?
A: Well we hope that’s never the case, however if it is feel free to contact us at yourorder@sidehustler.store and we can discuss the issue and see how we can make you happy.
